8. Uptime Guarantee

Gree Host offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee. In the unlikely event of extended service interruption, we may offer service credits at our discretion. These credits do not exceed one month of hosting fees.

9. Data and Backups

Gree Host performs regular backups on shared hosting services, but customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. Gree Host is not liable for any data loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

Gree Host is not liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or business

• Downtime, interruptions, or service delays

• Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the current term.
